About Me

Hi! I'm Cherie and photographed with me is Cleo my faithful sidekick. My family and pups are wonderful companions on a hiking trail, wandering a neighborhood, and in the kitchen. I turn to music and dance for my personal self-care. Books and podcasts inspire me. I am grateful to have family and friends that fill my days with laughter and peace. 

I started my career in the business world, and after 14 years decided I wanted a change. After some exploration, I discovered a passion for counseling. I graduated with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2016. I first practiced in a clinical setting for a local agency where I was able to support people as they overcame a variety of concerns. In that time I discovered that I am most passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves. My goal is to empower you to be more kind and loving towards yourself, leading to increased confidence and clarity of purpose, allowing you to confidently go about living a life that you love.
